1. Job Description:

- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, trouble-shoot end-user Windows Client workstation hardware/software, wireless devices, and other peripheral devices.
- Configure, test, maintain, and support Microsoft network of several Microsoft servers, internet information servers, mail servers.
- Field incoming service requests from end-users, perform preventive maintenance of systems and peripheral devices, and provide application software training to end-users.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of the network.
- Server scheduled back-ups & data storage
- Provide daily network monitoring, management and service quality assurance in a network.
- Monitor planned activities, outage control and performance of all network elements
- Liaise with and manage related parties to provide alert and fault report to minimize network interruption

2. Job Requirements:

* English: Very good.
* Job Experience: 02 years
* Must have: CCNA and MCSA/MCSE.

- Graduate from University in computer science, or electronic/computer engineering or related disciplines.
- 1 years of multi-sites IP networking design, implementation, and support experience.
- at least 1 years Experience in TCP/IP (transmission control protocol/Internet protocol) networking.
- Good English Communication
- Managing and organizing skills
- Customer service orientation
- Assertive, perform under pressure, good time manager and conduct himself in a most professional manner.


3. Job Environment:

- Working time from 8am to 5 pm (an hour lunch break)
- Working day: 22 days/month
- Working place: GM Vidamco, Tu Hiep, Thanh Tri, Hanoi.
There is a company bus from Hanoi to Thanh Tri, everyday.
- Working room: air-conditioner, fridge.
- Employee will be given a laptop.
- Salary: Negotiation
